Baseball!

Dakoda started baseball on Saturday. There is a special park - "Dream Catcher Park," that is down the street from our house. Dream Catcher Park was designed for kids with special needs. It is a rubberized field, so wheelchairs can glide easily around the bases, rather than making it harder for the kids to move in grass. Jason is his coach, and when you see people in yellow shirts in the pictures, those people are "Buddies." They assist any kids who need it. Nani is a "buddy," but unfortunately she was not there on this night. He really enjoys playing baseball, and having a great time with all his friends! I also included some pictures of the boys and Jason playing Rock band this weekend! Oh, and YES - the boys did get haircuts.... they were in desperate need of them :)

This is the ball that is outside of the park.
Brody and Dakoda like to pose for pictures in front of it!

  1. How fun! We miss Baseball/Softball - you can't even find a field here to play in! Soccer is huge here, but we just can't get that excited about it. Oh well. Miss you guys - say Hi to the kids.
