Yesterday was a VERY BIG day for the state of Arizona. The Arizona Cardinals were playing for the NFC title!!! If they were to win, they would advance to the Superbowl... Well you guessed it (probably because of the title of this post), they WON!!! It is amazing, as at one point in time, the Cardinals were considered an awful football team!
My mom and I watched the game at her house, and scrapbooked too! The boys (Jason, Dakoda & Brody) stayed at our house, and spent some father/son bonding time together watching the game :)
We are so excited to have a team to really cheer for at the Superbowl!!! We look forward to seeing them pull off a win in Tampa! This town would go insane if that happened.....
Dakoda asked if we could go to the Superbowl. Jason told him "No, it is VERY expensive." The ongoing rule in our house, is that if the Minnesota Vikings were to ever make it to the Superbowl, then at least Jason - if not all of us would go to the game. Never did we think the Cardinals would make it before the Vikings! I guess miracles CAN happen! Maybe I better start saving.....
